| Tuesday 14th September 2004 - SBA in Nice |
| Dear diary. We had Mexican for tea yesterday evening. Dan and Smoo loved it but Scott and Chappers unfortunately didn't!! After setting our equipment up and sound checking, we went back to the flat and started drinking beer. The fridge is now empty!! At about 10pm we ventured in to Wayne's Where Justin the manager was hosting the infamous "Wayne's bingo"!! It was then our turn to take to the stage! The first set went really well. The crowd enjoyed it. Well at least we think they did!! They were still there when we came back for the second set. Prior to the gig Scott had been asked by Justin to make a few safety announcements. This was executed perfectly by Scott at the start of the second set. He was really chuffed!!! "I am reading this"!! Anyway, the second set was a belter! We managed to whip the crowd up in to a right ole frenzy!! Before you could say "Hans" they were all up on the tables going crazy but still keeping Scott's safety briefing in the back of their minds!! After the gig we were all blessed with an hour of Justin's (DJ AWFUL) disco. These people are so easily pleased!! We then proceeded to the baguette stall, put on our best French accents and came away with something of which neither of us had any idea!! Went back to the flat, ate our food, Drunk some more beer and fell asleep watching "Shaun of the dead"!! |

| Monday 13th September 2004 - SBA in Nice |
| Dear diary. After setting off from a cold and wet Devon this morning, we have arrived in Nice France. The weather is warm and the sun is shining. As soon as we got here we went straight to the beach. Dan was the first to throw himself in to the sea. When asked what it was like Dan replied "it's fresh but extremely pleasing". Nobody else went in the sea today!! Just about to have our tea now not too sure whats on the menu. Hope it's something we all like!! |

| Saturday 11th September 2004 - The new album |
| Dear diary. We were back in the studio today to record the vocal tracks, accoustic guitar and percussion sections for our first single which is due to be released next month!! "I know what you're thinking" is now complete and just needs to be mixed down and mastered!! |

| Friday 10th September 2004 - The new album |
| Dear diary. We have been working our arses off this last week to try and meet our deadline for the recording. Smoo and Dan have been in the studio for what seems to be an age laying their guitar tracks down. After a couple of dodgey sessions each where things just would'nt happen, they have now completed the guitar sections for the album. We are hoping to make a rough mix of the album over the weekend to take to Nice with us. This should give us some quality time to sort out some production ideas etc. Bring on the sun and the sea!! |

| Monday 30th August 2004 - The new album |
| Dear diary. It's bank holiday monday and we have been back in the studio (no rest for the wicked)!! Todays session has been really good and we managed to complete some more guitar tracks. Played at the wine bar last night as part of the HAT tour. Had a really good gig and lots of cider!! |

| Saturday 28th August 2004 - The new album |
| Dear diary. After a heavy night last night we dragged our sorry arses back in to the studio this morning. We have had a really good day today despite the hangovers and have managed to complete the rythmn guitar sections for five songs!! |

| Dear diary. We have had a much more productive night tonight. We went back to Sean's studio and started laying down rythmn guitar tracks. We managed to get a really good sound sorted and recorded the rythmn tracks for "I know what your thinking"!! |

| Dear diary. We decided to take the recording equipment to the practice room tonight to record the rythmn guitars. After spending a couple of hours trying to get Sean's computer to work, we realised it wasn't going to happen. A bit of a bummer as this was a night lost but we will make up for it on thursday night... |

| Dear diary. We were back in the studio again tonight recording bass tracks. Having sorted a few problems, the bass is now complete. Well done Mark!! |

| Dear diary. We have been back in the studio again today. We were all a bit tired after playing a gig in Hereford last night (cheers John!!) but Chappers battled on and finished the drum tracks!! |

| Dear diary. We have been back in the studio again this evening laying down some of Mark's bass tracks. We eventually found the sound we were looking for and it sounds good! |

| Dear diary. We have managed to record some more drum tracks today. It was a bit of a struggle because it was very hot. We also had a heavy night last night!! Playing at Winstons in Seaton tonight. should be a good one!! |

| Wednesday 4th August 2004 - The new album |
| Dear diary. Last saturday (jul 31st) we started recording our first album. Having waited long enough to try and secure a record deal, we have decided to do it ourselves. we are recording with the aid of our sound engineer Sean. He has set a studio up at his house! We managed to sound check the drums on saturday and lay some tracks down. It sounds really good and we are hoping to sort the bass tracks out tomorrow. |
